菲律賓帕賽吹填開發(fā)項(xiàng)目集裝箱采購詢價(jià)公告

1 詢價(jià)條件（Tender Conditions）

因菲律賓帕賽吹填開發(fā)項(xiàng)目施工需要，采購集裝箱一批，現(xiàn)已具備詢價(jià)條件，根據(jù)國家法律法規(guī)和中交特種工程有限公司（以下簡稱中交特種）物資采購管理規(guī)定，通過線下公開詢價(jià)方式采購集裝箱一批，歡迎符合資格條件的供應(yīng)商積極參與報(bào)價(jià)。

To meet the construction needs of the Pasay Reclamation Development Project in the Philippines,A batch of container has been purchased. The conditions for inquiry have now been met. In accordance with national laws and regulations and the material procurement management regulations of China Communications Special Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Communications Special), a batch of container will be purchased through an offline public bidding process. Suppliers who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate in the bidding.

項(xiàng)目地處菲律賓馬尼拉帕賽市馬尼拉灣。

The project is located at Manila Bay, Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

2* 詢價(jià)內(nèi)容及要求（Tender Content and Requirements）

請(qǐng)有意向的報(bào)價(jià)人認(rèn)真閱讀報(bào)價(jià)單的要求和說明，合理報(bào)價(jià)。附件“菲律賓帕賽吹填開發(fā)項(xiàng)目集裝箱采購報(bào)價(jià)單”

Interested bidders must carefully review the requirements and instructions in the quotation form. Refer to the attachment: *Quotation Form for container in Pasay Reclamation Development Project*.  

3 報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商的資格要求（Qualification Requirements for Bidding Suppliers）

3*基本條件（Basic Conditions）

（1）要求供應(yīng)商實(shí)力強(qiáng)、具有可靠良好的資信狀況。

Suppliers must demonstrate strong capabilities and reliable credit standing.  

（2）具有獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力。

Possess independent legal capacity to bear civil liabilities.

（3）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度。

Maintain good commercial reputation and sound financial accounting systems.

（4）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力。

Have necessary equipment and technical expertise to fulfill the contract.

（5）具有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄。

 Maintain a valid record of tax payments and social security contributions.

（6）參加本批采購報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)的供應(yīng)商前三年內(nèi)沒有法律糾紛及不良記錄，在經(jīng)營活動(dòng)中沒有重大違法記錄。

 No legal disputes,or major violations in business activities within the past three years.

（7）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件。

 Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

（8）報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商必須具有完善的服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)和服務(wù)體系。

Bidding suppliers must have a comprehensive service network and system.  

3*具體條件（ Specific Conditions）

（1) 報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商應(yīng)保證：所提供的物資符合國家和項(xiàng)目所在國家相關(guān)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；所提交的報(bào)價(jià)文件的所有內(nèi)容真實(shí)合法有效，報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)供應(yīng)商所提供的物資應(yīng)當(dāng)符合報(bào)價(jià)及報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)文件的要求，無權(quán)利瑕疵，否則，應(yīng)承擔(dān)由此給詢價(jià)單位造成的一切損失及相關(guān)責(zé)任。

 Bidding suppliers must ensure that the provided material comply with national and project host country standards. All submitted documents must be truthful and legally valid. material must meet inquirer requirements and be free of ownership defects; otherwise, the supplier shall bear all resulting losses and liabilities.  

（2)不接受聯(lián)合體報(bào)價(jià)。

 Joint bids are not accepted.

4 報(bào)價(jià)文件的遞交與開標(biāo)（Submission and Opening of Bids）

4* 采購人于2025年8月9日8時(shí)00分通過中交集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈信息管理信息平臺(tái)發(fā)布采購詢價(jià)公告。請(qǐng)有意參與報(bào)價(jià)的供應(yīng)商在上述日期內(nèi)參與響應(yīng)（網(wǎng)址：https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）。

The purchaser will release the procurement inquiry announcement through the Supply Chain Information Management Platform of China Communications Construction Group at 8am on August 9, 2025 . Suppliers who are interested in participating in the quotation are requested to respond within the above-mentioned period. (Website: https://zjzcw.iccec.cn).  

4*不郵寄詢價(jià)文件。

No physical copies of inquiry documents will be mailed.

5 報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)文件的遞交（Submission of Bidding Documents）

5*電子報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)文件遞交的時(shí)間為：2025年8月12日15時(shí)00分前。報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)通過中國交建采購管理信息平臺(tái)供應(yīng)商頁面（網(wǎng)址：https://zjzcw.iccec.cn）上傳，遞交時(shí)間即為上傳成功時(shí)間。

The deadline for submitting the electronic quotation response documents is before 15:00 on August 12, 2025. Quotation respondents should upload them through the supplier page of China Communications Construction Procurement Management Information Platform (website: https://zjzcw.iccec.cn). The submission time is the time when the upload is successful.

5*逾期未上傳成功的報(bào)價(jià)響應(yīng)文件，采購詢價(jià)人不予受理。

Late submissions will not be accepted.
