2、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；
3、具有消防設(shè)施工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
5、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
6、業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；
7、其他要求：無(wú)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class II or above professional contracting qualification for fire protection facilities engineering; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in mechanical and electrical engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6. Performance requirements: None; 7. Other requirements: None.
