(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、投標(biāo)人具備建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的通信工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具備通信與廣電工程一級注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:?3. The bidder shall possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for communication engineering construction issued by the Ministry of Construction. 4. The project leader holds a first-class registered constructor qualification in communication and broadcasting engineering.
