②具有依法注冊成立的獨立法人資格,具備**企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照及相應(yīng)的經(jīng)營范圍，企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照需經(jīng)年審合格；
③具備建筑工程施工總承包叁級及以上資質(zhì)；
④項目經(jīng)理須具備建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格；
⑤根據(jù)**[2020]46號文要求，本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)，投標(biāo)人需提供《中小企業(yè)聲明函》；
⑥本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
