簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為全力打擊各類違法犯罪，全面整治各類治安亂象，有效降壓打架斗毆、尋釁滋事等警情，采購人擬委托第三**高橋公安特保服務，切實將“有亂治亂”落到實處，認真履職、積極協(xié)助**開展一系列警務活動，做好街面巡邏、治安打擊、綜合指揮室監(jiān)控工作；協(xié)助**民警維護社會治安，打擊違法犯罪，開展行政管理和服務人民群眾，全面提升**社會、治安秩序防控水平。
具體內容及要求詳見招標文件第三**服務需求書。Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to fully combat all kinds of illegal and criminal activities, comprehensively rectify all kinds of public security chaos, effectively reduce the pressure on police situations such as fighting, brawling and provoking trouble, the purchaser plans to entrust a third party to provide special security services for the Gaoqiao Public Security Bureau, truly implement the policy of "rectifying chaos where there is chaos", conscientiously perform duties, actively assist the police station in carrying out a series of police activities, and do a good job in street patrols, public security crackdown and monitoring of the comprehensive command room. Assist the police officers of the Public Security department in maintaining social security, cracking down on illegal and criminal activities, conducting administrative management and serving the people, and comprehensively enhancing the level of social and public security order prevention and control in Gaoqiao Town.

二、申請人的資格要求2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder(a)滿足《**采購法》**規(guī)定；

(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)均不執(zhí)行價格扣除優(yōu)惠；（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小**；本**為租賃和商務服務業(yè)。

3、須具有《保安服務許可證》；
4、本項目不允許轉包、分包。(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1.
